Hello ,My name is John Vallier and I represent Century 21 At the Beach in Playa Hermosa,Guanacaste,Costa Rica.
I began doing business here in 2005 ,as a California Developer commissioned me to buy development tracts on the Pacific Coast.I soon fell in love with the Country and its people and came back a month later and opened my own company.I later joined Century 21 after jointly working with them over the years.We are the oldest real Estate company in the area and the most trusted company as well.We are a true buyers representative,rare in Costa Rica.
Being a developer,I have put together many successful projects through  the  years and was involved in building for the majority of my adult life.I was a real estate banker for 25 years and funded developments,builders and individuals building their dreams.In 2007 ,I closed my business in the States and directed all my efforts to building a life and business in Costa Rica.
We are the closet Beach to the new international airport in Liberia with direct flights from all over the U.S. and a new American Cima Hospital just 10 minutes from Playa Hermosa.A chain of beach towns with slightly different characters are all within a five minute drive from each other.Panama Beach,Playa Hermosa,Playa Del Coco and Ocotal are the main attractions.Coco being one of the fastest growing Cities in Costa Rica , and has many banks,restaurants ,fishing boats, and plenty of Nightlife.Day trips to the mountains,or surfing beaches or the Volcano's are a breeze.
I came here from Austin ,Texas, a lovely ,lively place but has grown far too large and their taxes make it one of the most expensive places to live in Texas as well as other spots in the U.S. Taxes are the main reason people are losing property in the U.S.,we are being taxed out of existence.Taxes in Costa Rica are easily
1/4 of what they are on average across the United States.medical is close to the same and in some cases outranks the U.S. medical.
